I pour my heart and soul into creating beautiful artworks, and it means the world to me when these pieces speak to others and touches their soul as much as it has my own. Whilst I do not offer refunds for change of mind, it is extremely important to me that my artworks are loved in their new forever home. If, for what ever reason, you have purchased one of my pieces and it isn't right, please feel free to contact me and I am more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
I guarantee the quality of my artworks. If they arrive in a damaged state, please take a photo of the damage (including the packaging) and contact me within 48hrs of receiving your delivery so I can resolve the issue with Australia Post
Due to the nature of Commissioned Artworks, I cannot offer a refund of a completed commission piece. However, I will be working closely with you throughout the painting process to ensure you are happy with the final product before it is shipped to you.
I can not cover the costs for redelivery if there happens to be a return to sender, so please double check your address is correct when checking out.
Please note, due to colours varying slightly from PC’s, Mac’s and Phones, the colours in your prints may vary slightly to what you see on your screen, though I go to extreme lengths to make sure the photos of the artworks on my website represent the colours of the works in real life.
